Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the Spamfilter service operated by LJPc.
Service
Spamfilter is a mail-relay and spam-classification service. We accept inbound mail addressed to domains you have verified, classify it, and relay the messages that pass to the delivery host you configure.
Trial and billing
- Each domain you add starts with a free trial of 30 days.
- After the trial, the domain is billed monthly per the published price.
- Payments are processed by Mollie B.V.
- You can cancel any subscription at any time from your dashboard. Mail keeps flowing until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Acceptable use
- You may only filter mail for domains you own or have explicit authorization to act for.
- You may not use Spamfilter to send unsolicited bulk mail, run open-relay services, or facilitate fraud.
- You may not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or filter rules of the service.
Service level
We make a reasonable effort to keep the service available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The AI classifier can fail open during third-party outages; when that happens, mail is delivered without spam classification until the classifier recovers.
Liability
Spamfilter is provided as-is. Our liability is limited to direct damages up to one month of the service fee for the affected domain.
Termination
You can delete your account from the profile dashboard at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate the acceptable-use policy with reasonable notice.
Governing law
Dutch law applies. Disputes are settled in the competent court for the place of business of LJPc.
