Do I need to change my email address? + −
No. Spamfilter sits in front of your existing inbox. You can add an MX record or forward your mail through our relay, but your address stays the same. Setup takes about two minutes.
What happens to mail that gets through by mistake? + −
You can mark it as spam from the inbox with one click. The filter learns from your action and the sender's domain is added to your block list if you want. Future messages from that source go straight to quarantine.
How do you handle my data? + −
Mail is stored only as long as needed: messages we deliver successfully are kept for 90 days, then pruned. Quarantined and held mail stay until you clear them yourself, or until you delete your account. The classifier (an AI model accessed through OpenRouter) sees message headers and a sanitized body so it can score it. You can delete your account, and the mail attached to it, from your dashboard at any time.

Yes. The plans are billed per domain, so you can add all your team domains under one account. There is no per-mailbox cap on a domain.
